Experts of State Commission discuss development of united transport and logistics operator

Scientific-and-Expert and Business Councils of State Commission on Arctic development will meet jointly in order to discuss development of united transport and logistics operator.
Co-Chairmen of the joint meeting are Special Presidential Representative for International Cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic Artur Chilingarov and President of “Delo” Group Sergey Shishkarev, they are the heads of the Councils.
The Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry for the Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of the Russian Federation together with interested federal executive bodies, executive bodies of the Russian Federation subjects and Scientific-and-Expert and Business Councils of State Commission on Arctic development are in charge to present the materials on development of united transport and logistics operator in Russian Arctic.
The recommendations formulated by the Councils will be considered at the earliest meeting of State Commission on Arctic Development.
Let us remember, Russian Government in accordance with the Decree of Russian President established the State Commission on Arctic development in March 2015.
The main task of the Commission is to cooperate the work of federal and regional authorities and other state bodies under solution of social and economic tasks in Arctic, development of transport, ecology, international cooperation and national security protection. The Chairman of the State Commission is Dmitry Rogozin.
