NSR Shipping Traffic – Activities in November 2019

 

In November 2019, 72 vessels operated on the NSR and made 164 voyages. This month, shipping between the NSR ports decreased significantly – 20 voyages were completed, that is 71 voyages less than in October 2019. 77 trips departed from the NSR ports and 66 in the opposite direction. In November, the last transit was made in 2019 – Vitus Bering left the port of Nakhodka and, having passed the Northern Sea Route in 12.2 days, arrived at the port of Murmansk. This month, “Yakov Gakkel” – the last LNG tanker with ice class Arc 7 of gas carriers series built at the South Korean shipyard Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering for “Yamal LNG” project of Novatek – arrived at Sabetta port.
